A Healthy Lip Tint To Brighten The Whole Face

This lady is an excellent permanent makeup artist herself that trained with me a few years ago. I have already done her brows and upper & lower eyeliner so the lips complete the full face. I always advise that people who train with me to have all the procedures done themselves so that they can know what it feels like for the client but also to experience the full benefits of having permanent makeup and the extra confidence that it brings.

Usually this technique would take two session to complete, but occasionally it will take a third session especially with very naturally full lips like these as there is more area to pigment.

How The Client Normally Wears Her Lipstick

This level of opacity cannot be achieved with permanent makeup even if the treatment was repeated a million times! With a client that wears vibrant lipstick all the time it is important for me to make sure the expectation of permanent makeup is realistic with what can be achieved. The end effect will not be a lipstick replacement but the client can expect a sharper more perfect lip border and a blush of her favourite colour. The colour will heal translucent and there may be 3 sessions required due to the volume of the clients lips.

At the consultation I give an idea that the end result will heal something like the effect of the second translucent gloss below.

In the picture above you can see that most of the colour pigmented was around the edges. When working with a large surface area the process may be broken down into a number of sessions for the comfort of the client. At the 2nd appointment more area can be covered as seen in the picture below.
