Katy Jobbins Full Face Permanent Makeup
Who Does Katy’s Own Permanent Makeup
A question everyone always asks me is who does yours? The answer used to be myself, however it is very difficult tattooing your own face as its back to front in the mirror.
Lucky for me I have an on tap resource of amazing permanent makeup technicians that I can trust to do a perfect job as I have trained my whole family and most friends in my own exclusive permanent makeup methods & techniques.
It’s my favorite perk of the job!
Permanent Makeup Gives You So Much More Confidence
I have been having my own permanent makeup over a 10 year period. I had very little eyebrow hair naturally and at the age of 19 I decided to treat myself to natural eyebrow hair simulation with the woman who was soon to become my first trainer in permanent makeup. From the minute she passed me the mirror I was hooked and new I had to do this for a living. I felt it transformed not only my appearance but more importantly my confidence. Permanent makeup not only gives people so much confidence. It makes life so much easier, I especially love it on holiday when I can swim and don’t have to wear any makeup. The best thing about it is that it enhances what you already have naturally rather than completely changing someones appearance (like the more drastic result from plastic surgery).
A 42 Hour Labour That Caused A Viral Permanent Makeup Trend Throughout the Hospital Staff
I get stopped everywhere by people saying that they like my eyebrows but the craziest place i ever picked up clients was in the labour and delivery suite at the Princess Royal. I had quite a hellish 42 hour labour when I had my first son and I happened to befriend a lot of the midwives during their shifts. My 2 main midwives came to see me immediately after the surgery to see if i was OK and were shocked that I already got up and applied all my make up.I assured them that I hadn’t lift a finger and it was actually permanent and that I had no makeup on at all. They had never even heard of it. A long story short three weeks later they ended up coming to my office to have theirs done too! The word soon spread throughout the hospital staff and even the theater nurses, who are not allowed to wear makeup, have been to see me.
