This lady is one of my regular clients who has been coming for all the procedures over the last 4 or 5 years. She is a natural beauty that never wears make up now that she has had her brows and eyeliner tattooed permanently. She thought she would finish her look off with her lips and throw away the make up bag forever.

This client wears soft natural cool lip tones and quite translucent lipstick which we could match really well.

The first and second colour in the picture above will give the client an idea of the final result. Although the first one is a lipstick then end result will be transparent.

No Colour in The Belly of The Lip

You can see that the colour is very concentrated around the edges and the vermillion border, but there is no colour at all in the belly of the lip. When this procedure heals the outside edge will gradually fade into the natural lip colour leaving her with a beautify new crisp lip border, a super subtle splash of her favourite lip colour and a newly perfected lip shape. Seamlessly graduated lip colour gives the illusion of more volume.

Although the lip colour looks very bright immediately after treatment, within 4 or 5 days the colour will soften by around 70% turning translucent and the client can just wear Vaseline to moisturise and add shine. The colour will fade gradually over the years and the client can come back for a colour booster every year or two.
